The building is located in a strip of land between Rue de Silly and Rue de Bellevue in Boulogne-Billancourt. The shape of the building follows that of the block, and its thorough renovation creates a variety of spaces with different atmospheres: a noble facade on the street to welcome visitors, a sunny courtyard to the south, a shady garden to the north, a grove of Pines to the west and planted terraces on four levels. The various spaces are generously planted to emphasize the differences in orientation and exposure, and to provide privacy for office users from the strong glare of the surrounding buildings.
The project meets stringent certification requirements and features a diversity of environments, enabling large quantities of rainwater to be absorbed on the plot.
