Front de seine

The  feasibility study for new uses in the Front de Seine area, aims to enrich the range of possible activities on this emblematic structure of the modern movement in Paris. This district is one of two built on slabs in Paris intra-muros according to the principles of the Athens Charter.
The study began by surveying the entire district, using a chronotopic approach to outline the neighborhood’s uses. In seven key sectors, living scenarios were developed to meet the needs of residents and passers-by. The project’s ambition is to increase the amount of planted areas to bring the necessary freshness to this predominantly mineral neighborhood.
