Brûlins park
Saint Aubin-lès-Elbeuf, 2022-2024
The Brulins urban park is located in the south of the Rouen Normandy metropolitan area. The MRN territory lies at the heart of the dynamic Seine Axis, linking Paris, Rouen and Le Havre in a major corridor of economic development, tourism and green and blue networks.
Today, the park has a number of very active uses: a rugby club founded in 1894, a horse-racing track and a promenade for the inhabitants of Saint Aubin-lès-Elbeuf and Cléons.
The aim of the park’s programming is to maintain these uses and improve the conditions of their accomodation, while enhancing the site’s exceptional diversity of acidiphilous grassland flora, and creating a genuine park open to all. The programming mission is accompanied by an ambitious co-design process.
